Indy-Ripple Town home is the twin brother of Indy Utopia where local charm of Broad Ripple and the city comes together in perfect synergy. Granite counter tops in kitchen, high ceilings, and designer plank flooring. This modern town home has two private entrances and conveniently located with a on-site grocery store and indoor garage. Running 250 Mbps Wifi throughout the town home. Best of Broad Ripple Bars, Restaurants, boutique stores, shopping galore, are just a stone throw away.

The space

Indy-Ripple is a Alexa enabled smart home, that can show you who's at the front door, lock the doors, change the temperature in the Town home, and help you cook in the kitchen. For Entertainment, Disney +, local cable, and Netflix streaming for the binge worthy shows. Organic, Farmer's Market Grocery is available on the property.

Perfect for a weekend getaway or more. Beautiful simple decoration that leaves plenty of space for personal items. Generous amount of linens & towels. Spacious bathrooms in both bedrooms. The garage parking right in front of the second floor door made unloading luggage a snap. We would definitely stay again.

Location is fantastic, steps away from the grocery store and restaurants. We walked to get ice cream or snow cone every day. The place is clean and spacious with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and toiletries. We will definitely come back again!
